About Union Steel Projects

We are Union Steel Projects, a family-owned metal fabrication crew based in Columbus, TX. We travel to you, whether that means a residential fence gate across town or a commercial welding job an hour or two down the road. What we do covers a lot of ground. We handle commercial welding and residential welding, along with custom metal fabrication for the pieces you cannot buy off a shelf. From stick welding on heavy structural work to MIG welding and aluminum welding on lighter builds, we match the method to the material and the job in front of us. When something breaks or bends, our welding repairs get it back into service, and our CNC plasma cutting keeps clean, accurate lines on the parts we fabricate. We run as a two-person team and bring on extra hands when a project calls for it, so you always get the right amount of help without paying for a crowd. We work with both homeowners and businesses, and we are glad to talk through your project in English or Spanish. Because we come to you, we spend time up front learning what you need before we ever fire up a torch. We offer free estimates and have discounts available, and depending on the scope, we can sometimes turn work around the same day.
